Dining by Tom Kerridge

Chef Tom Kerridge’s new restaurant and bar, The Bull & Bear is located under the magnificent domed ceiling within the hotel. Tom will also be overseeing the entire food and beverage operation within the hotel. Tom’s first Manchester outpost will be approachable and social, blurring the lines between grandeur and informality, with menus reflecting Tom’s signature style of refined British classics.

As well as the restaurant, Stock Exchange Hotel is home to two other unique ways to experience the delights of Chef Tom Kerridge and his team namely, The Vault and The Bank Private Dining.
