Begin your memorable culinary journey with our tantalizing dinner menu offering small plates such as tender cuttlefish squid ink risotto, hoisin crispy pork belly, edamame & sesame salad, or Wye valley asparagus, poached duck egg & hollandaise. Larger plates for one including Herdwick lamb cutlets, wild mushroom & truffle tagliatelle, or grilled native cornish lobster. And our signature dishes for two like the Tomahawk steak, served with bone marrow jus, or the whole line-caught seabass designed for sharing; all perfect for pairing with wines recommended by our in-house sommelier. Conclude your meal with decadent desserts like chocolate semifreddo or matcha lava cake, coconut, macerated strawberries & sorbet. Our meu is designed to invite conversation.

Join us for special Sundays at tender, where you can enjoy classic dishes such as roast chicken or sirloin of beef with all the trimmings, complemented by delicious alternative options like root vegetable pithivier and fresh seabass. To enhance the occasion, a talented local manchester artist will be providing live music, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

For those looking for a post-shopping treat or pre-theatre dining, tender is offering a summer small plates menu. For just £30pp, guests can enjoy three of the beautiful, expertly prepared small plates from its dinner menu, alongside a glass of wine. With dishes including Manchester Smoked Salmon, Bury Black Pudding Scotch Egg with homemade brown sauce and Beef Tartare, padron peppers with lemon aioli and Galician Style Octopus, there’s plenty to choose from, making it the ideal summer, grazing experience for couples, friends and family.
