At tender, we believe that dining is more than just a meal, it’s an unforgettable experience. Our carefully curated summer menu is designed to bring people together, celebrating the joy of shared flavours, conversation, and connection in the heart of Manchester.

Begin your memorable culinary journey with small plates such as salt-aged pork, bury black pudding and pistachio pâté en croute, date & apple ketchup, or salt baked beetroot, black garlic, barrel aged feta & endive salad. Larger plates for one including roast line caught seabass, shellfish bisque or Barbary duck breast, black garlic, gem lettuce, rosco onion, black fig & orange purée. And then our signature dishes for two such as red mullet, monkfish, mussels in clam bouillabaisse, or salt-aged lake district cote de boeuf; all perfect for pairing with wines recommended by our in-house sommelier. Conclude your meal with decadent desserts like blueberry & earl grey mousse cheesecake, or tonka bean crème brulée w/strawberries & thai basil.
