Q. Do you have an NHS rate?

Q. Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals.

Q. Do you have a wedding license?

Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?

Q. What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7am – 10am, Monday to Friday and 8am-10:30am, Saturday and Sunday.

Q. Can we have a complimentary upgrade?
We are not able to offer complimentary upgrades but upgrades at a discount may be available on the day. This will be subject to availability.

Q. Do you accept group bookings?

Q. Are more than two people able to sleep in the rooms?
The Goldstone Suite has two bedrooms with a King bed each, and can accommodate up to four guests. All other rooms and suites accommodate a maximum of two adults. The Bradshaw collection room, and the Kent and Norfolk suites can accomodate one roll-a-way bed for children up to the age of 12 for an extra cost. Also, some rooms and suites have corridor lock off capabilities, ideal for families and groups.

Q. What is the nearest train station to Stock Exchange Hotel?
Both Victoria and Piccadilly train stations are just minutes in a taxi from Stock Exchange Hotel.

Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
Our check-in time is 3pm and our check-out time is 11am.

Q. Is it possible to have an early check-in and/or a late check-out?
This will be subject to availability. We are not able to guarantee early check-in times, however, if you arrive early you may leave your car and luggage with us at the hotel. The reception will then contact you as soon as your room is ready.

Q. Do you have fitness facilities?
We do not have onsite fitness facilities, however we have a partnership with King Street Gym which is a mere 2 minute walk from the hotel and is complimentary for our guests.They offer a pool, sauna, steam room and full Gym. Speak to the Concierge you can direct you.

Q. Do you have spa facilities?
We do not have onsite spa facilities but our dedicated concierge team will be delighted to make reservations at a local spa for you or organise in room treatments.
